Better Skills Better Care: Key Findings from the Midline Implementation Report

The Better Skills Better Care programme integrates vocational skilling, childcare services and gender-responsive community engagement to enhance women's labour force participation and improve early childhood development. This report presents findings from the programme's first phase across Ranchi, Satara and Vadodara.

The results show how accessible childcare, job training and entrepreneurial support can help women enter the labour market while improving children's early learning outcomes and encouraging more equitable caregiving norms.
